The Social Media Specialist will support the growth and evolution of our social channels, combining creativity, cultural awareness and data-led thinking to deliver engaging, relevant and high-performing social content. Working across organic and paid social, the role will turn audience, platform and performance insights into actionable recommendations, helping to strengthen our social presence, grow our community and support wider brand and commercial objectives.

What you will do:

  • Grow and evolve our social channels: Drive continuous content, community and performance analysis to identify opportunities for channel growth. Develop recommendations in partnership with the Social Media Manager and Head of Content and use performance insights to continually evolve social-first content.​
  • Drive social performance and optimisation: Continuously evaluate social performance, translating data into actionable insights and regular reporting. Maximise the impact of paid social by using social insights, trends, content learnings and creator opportunities to inform and optimise paid strategy, with a particular focus on TikTok.​
  • Build brand relevance through social: Stay ahead of the evolving social landscape, identifying emerging trends, platform behaviours, creators and formats across Instagram, TikTok as well as wider and emerging social platforms. Translate these into relevant opportunities for COS and ensure the brand remains culturally relevant and progressive.​
  • Shape social-first creative: Partner closely with the Social Media team, Art Directors and Copy team to inform and develop creative for shoots and social channels. Use audience insights, trend analysis, platform expertise and performance data to help shape creative direction, maximise relevance and evolve the social tone of voice.​
  • Develop social partnerships and opportunities: Partner with the Paid Media team on paid social activity, with a particular focus on TikTok, sharing insights, trends, content learnings and creator opportunities. Identify opportunities across creators, cultural moments, emerging formats and social commerce to support channel and commercial growth.​
  • Collaborate across the business: Coordinate cross-functional workflows from content ideation through to execution, managing briefs, timelines and delivery. Contribute social expertise and insights to wider brand activity and maintain strong relationships with external platform representatives to identify opportunities to develop our channels.​
  • Social Media - Expert: Strong understanding of the luxury fashion and social media landscape, with expert knowledge of how platforms, audiences and content formats continue to evolve. Strong knowledge of TikTok, including emerging behaviours, trends, creators, formats and platform best practice.
  • Social Strategy & Performance - Advanced: Strong understanding of organic and paid social and the ability to connect learnings across both. Analytical and commercially-minded, with the ability to turn performance data, audience insights and social trends into clear, actionable recommendations for channel growth.
  • Creative & Cultural Insight - Advanced: Passionate about emerging social trends and able to identify new formats, creators, behaviours and platform developments across TikTok and the wider social ecosystem. Strong understanding of the creator landscape and how creators can contribute to brand storytelling and channel growth.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management - Advanced: Strong cross-functional collaborator, able to work effectively with Social Media, Art Direction, Copy, Paid Media and wider teams. Able to manage briefs, feedback and timelines while ensuring social considerations are represented across wider brand activity.
  • Social Commerce & Platform Knowledge - Skilled: Understanding of social commerce and the role of platform shopping features, with knowledge of regional social platforms including YouTube, WeChat, Weibo, LINE and KakaoTalk.
  • Data-led & Commercial Thinking - Skilled: Creative and data-driven, using performance data, trend analysis and audience insights to inform decisions. Able to connect social performance with wider brand and commercial objectives and communicate the impact of social activity clearly.

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Head Office in London.
