As an Ecommerce Manager, you will own ecommerce performance in Korea, leading commercial results, customer experience, operations, CRM initiatives, and team development while collaborating with local, regional, and global stakeholders.

You are responsible for

Sales and Financial Performance:

  • Contributes to the commercial success of the market/s, analyzingperformance data and budgets to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Shares insights and POV from local market and business’ perspective.
  • Leads the execution of sales strategies and implements cost control measures to drive profitability and growth.

Digital Customer Experience:

  • Champions a customer-first mindset, constantly improves customers’ user experience across all digital touchpoints, with also an omnichannel journey in mind.
  • Monitors service performance and competitors benchmarks to maintain COS’s leadership in customer experience.

Operational Management:

  • Oversees daily operations across all ecommerce channels in the market/s, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with COS standards.
  • Oversees the execution of smooth end-to-end functionality of the digital channels.

Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service:

  • Implements strategies and processes that collect, analyzeand leverage customer data to enhance engagement, retention and lifetime value.
  • Manages customer databases and using insights to personalize the online shopping experience.
  • Segments customers based on demographics, purchase behaviorand preferences to tailor communications, product recommendations and promotions more efficiently.
  • Ensures customer service team is well-trained and customer issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Analyze feedback and service metrics to identify pain points and improve overall satisfaction.

Stakeholders Collaboration:

  • Works closely with key stakeholders from other functions such as Marketing, Merchandising, Controlling, BAM etc in the market, region and global, as well as external partners such as marketplace platforms, agencies and vendors.
  • Ensure clear communication, align objectives, and support cross-functional initiatives to achieve overall business goals.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Leads and develops ecommerce team members, fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture.
  • Guides the team through the full employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the COS’ values, leaderships principles, and business goals.
  • Strong track record in ecommerce, digital commerce, or online retail leadership, with deep understanding of customer experience, CRM, and omnichannel retail.
  • Commercially driven, with strong analytical and business acumen — able to read the ecommerce landscape and make resourceful, data-informed decisions that balance short-term priorities with sustainable, long-term value creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee and continuously improve operations, applying strategic planning, process optimization, and resource management to drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Customer-centric mindset, staying close to customer needs and industry trends to deliver exceptional experiences and strong business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives, representing the brand confidently with internal and external partners.

This is a full-time position based in Korea, reporting to the Head of Ecommerce in Singapore.
