WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Global Content Manager in our Digital Curation Marketing team, you will play a key role in building, managing, and optimizing content across H&M’s owned digital channels. Working primarily in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), you will ensure content is set up correctly, follows technical and brand standards, and delivers a seamless customer experience across markets.
You will:
- Build and maintain global content blocks, templates, and campaign setups in AEM.
- Configure content according to technical requirements and channel best practices.
- Work closely with art workers, production coordinators and production managers to ensure content meets brand and business requirements.
- Own and maintain expertise in CMS functionality.
- Identify and resolve content issues, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with new platform capabilities and contribute to improving ways of working.
- Ensure content is published accurately and on time across H&M’s owned channels.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Production, and Tech teams, including Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Production Managers, and Developers, to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

- Experience working with enterprise CMS platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- A strong understanding of digital content production and workflows.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience within e-commerce, digital marketing, retail, or fashion is a plus.
