We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Sales Manager to help grow one of the GCC’s fastest-growing platforms in Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new brand partners, building strong commercial relationships, and growing the platform’s presence in the market.

You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, and converting brands and businesses into long-term partners. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident in sales, well-connected in the local market, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and partner acquisition in Qatar.
  • Identify, approach, and close partnerships with brands, businesses, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and key accounts.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand existing partner relationships.
  • Represent the platform in client meetings, events, and industry engagements.
  • Stay up to date with the Qatari market, competitors, and customer trends.
  • Share market feedback and sales insights with leadership.
  • Work independently and take ownership of the sales process from start to finish.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or a similar commercial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing commercial deals.
  • Strong network across brands, businesses, and relevant industries in Qatar.
  • Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident in prospecting, pitching, and closing new business.
  • Strong understanding of the Qatari market and local business landscape.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Arabic and English fluency preferred.
