Who this fits
You'll suit this role if you can take ownership of visual work across a growing, content-heavy blog and explain the decisions behind it. The job is full-time and onsite in Higgsfield's Almaty office. Motion editing, grading, titles, and personal use of Higgsfield or a competitor are useful extras.
From the employer
Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $700M in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
What you'll do
Design banners and visual assets for blog articles, landing pages and social posts
Generate character sets in Soul ID, cinematic stills in Soul Cinema, and short video examples in Cinema Studio — keeping one character consistent across an entire article
Write and refine your own prompts, and document them so readers can reproduce the result
Adapt every asset across formats: 16:9 for the blog, 4:5 and 9:16 for social
Work with the content team on what a piece needs visually before it's written, not after
Keep the visual language of the blog coherent as it scales past a few hundred articles
What we're looking for
A portfolio that shows taste and range. We care more about three considered pieces than thirty templated ones
Strong composition and typography — you can build a banner where the headline still reads at 400×225
Real fluency with AI image and video generation. You know what a prompt does, why a generation failed, and when to stop retrying and change the approach
Comfort working fast and at volume without the quality collapsing
English at a level where you can set type in it and catch a broken headline
You can explain your decisions. We'll ask why, and "it looked better" isn't an answer
Nice to have
Experience designing for a blog, media outlet or content-heavy product
Motion basics: editing, grading, titles
You already use Higgsfield, or a competitor, on your own projects
The deal
Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
On-site role in our Almaty office;
Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
Full-time position with high ownership and growth potential.
