The Opportunity
The purpose of the Digital Content Executive role is to coordinate, create and deliver high-quality digital content across owned and social channels, ensuring content is planned, briefed, approved, published and optimised in line with brand, channel and business priorities.
Working closely with Digital, Brand, Medical/Regulatory, agency partners and platform partners, this role helps bring campaigns and always-on content to market by managing the content calendar, briefing process, social publishing workflow, approvals, reporting and ongoing optimisation.
This is a permanent role based in Surry Hills.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing the monthly owned content calendar in line with campaign priorities, trends, seasonal moments and test-and-learn opportunities.
Creating and adapting social and website content, delivering campaign-ready landing pages, and briefing agency-created assets.
Managing owned social workflows, including publishing, platform access, community handover, influencer requests, re-sharing and stakeholder approvals.
Driving SEO and AEO/GEO implementation with agency partners through content uploads, refreshes and optimisation informed by search priorities and changing consumer behaviour.
Managing agency and platform partner delivery, reporting, optimisation, invoicing and budget administration.
Maintaining accurate, compliant and up-to-date content across Blackmores websites, campaign landing pages and the SKU asset librar
What You'll Bring
Previous commercial business experience, ideally within digital, marketing, social media, content or eCommerce.
Minimum tertiary undergraduate degree in Business, eMarketing/Marketing, Digital or a related field.
Strong writing skills, attention to detail and ability to adapt content for different digital channels.
Previous SEO, website content and social media experience.
Working knowledge of social media platforms, social media management tools, publishing workflows and analytics/reporting platforms.
Experience coordinating content, agency workflows, content calendars and campaign deliverables.
Knowledge of current online marketing trends, social content best practice, content optimisation and test-and-learn approaches.
