We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Communications Video Specialist to help shape and deliver high-quality video and visual content for our internal and external audiences.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves storytelling, works confidently across the full production process, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll play a key role in creating engaging video and visual content that supports HBS’ corporate communications. From filming interviews and behind-the-scenes content to editing polished corporate films and social media pieces, you’ll be trusted to take ideas from concept through to final delivery.
📍 Based in Paris, France – hybrid working with 3 days in the office/2 days wfh
🗓️ Contract type: Fixed term/CDD contract to December 2026
🌐 Languages: Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
Key responsibilities include:
- Shooting and editing video content for HBS’ internal and external communication channels
- Capturing interviews and behind-the-scenes content with HBS staff
- Editing third-party event footage, corporate-style films, and selected social-first content
- Creating basic motion graphic title sequences and integrating them into edits
- Maintaining and organising content within HBS’ Media Asset Management (MAM) system
- Photographing new staff for corporate profile images and maintaining the photo archive
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in an edit-focused role
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Motion graphics skills and an understanding of visual branding
- Knowledge of colour grading and basic sound design or audio mixing
- Experience operating a two-camera interview setup (Sony A7III), including audio and three-point lighting
- Creative flair with strong storytelling instincts
- Excellent attention to detail and an organised approach to file and data management
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a small team
- Basic photography and photo editing skills
