- You bring reputation and issues-management experience, including C-suite and thought-leadership communications
- You have an existing network of specialist and business journalists, plus strong German and English and excellent writing skills

- Strategische Kundenberatung und Entwicklung sowie Umsetzung von Corporate-Communications-Strategien für unsere Kunden
- New Business-Lead für Pitches im Bereich Corporate Communications in enger Abstimmung mit dem Growth-Team und unseren Kunden-Units
- Konzeption und Steuerung von Eigen-PR-Maßnahmen sowie proaktive Kontaktpflege zu relevanten Branchen- und Wirtschaftsmedien
- Kanal- & Content-Management unserer Touchpoints wie Website und Corporate Social Media
- Award-Einreichungen, Branchen-Ranking-Teilnahmen und Begleitung des haebmau CSR-Reports
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Kommunikation, Journalismus, Medienwissenschaften, BWL) und mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmenskommunikation, PR- oder Markenberatung – idealerweise im Agenturumfeld
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Reputations- und Themenmanagement sowie in der C-Level- und Thought-Leadership-Kommunikation
- Bestehendes Netzwerk zu Fach- und Wirtschaftsjournalist*innen sowie ein Gespür für aktuelle Branchentrends, Nachhaltigkeitsthemen (CSR) und moderne Kommunikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit CMS-Systemen, Social-Media-Management-Tools, PR-/Pressedatenbanken sowie CRM-/Projektmanagement-Tools
- Proaktives, lösungsorientiertes Mindset, hohe Eigeninitiative, Beratungsstärke und Freude an kollaborativer Teamarbeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und exzellente Schreib- und Storytelling-Fähigkeiten
