The Senior Director, Marketing, AMAPAC is the go-to marketing leader for AMAPAC (the Americas and Asia Pacific), accountable for translating GXO's global marketing strategy into market-relevant programs that drive demand generation, qualified pipeline, and measurable revenue impact. This role serves as the single point of accountability for marketing across AMAPAC, owning the marketing plan, campaign execution, and alignment of marketing initiatives with commercial priorities.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Regional Marketing Strategy & Leadership
    • Serve as the go-to marketing leader for AmAPAC, defining and executing the regional marketing strategy in alignment with global strategy and growth objectives
    • Own all regional marketing programs and campaigns, ensuring alignment to business objectives and priority verticals
    • Regionalize GXO’s global value proposition and narratives for AmAPAC markets
    • Act as the voice of the region, feeding market and competitive insight back to shape global strategy and investment
  • Demand Generation & Pipeline Creation
    • Lead integrated, digital-first demand generation campaigns that create qualified pipeline across AmAPAC
    • Own the regional lead-to-revenue journey, linking marketing activity directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes
    • Orchestrate ABM and multi-channel programs with global digital team, regional Sales and customer success
  • Sales Alignment & Commercial Partnership
    • Partner with senior leadership, Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success to influence strategy and commercial outcomes
    • Align marketing plans to vertical priorities, pipeline goals, and revenue targets as the primary marketing partner in-region
    • Drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to accelerate deal velocity
  • Team Build-Out & Talent Development
    • Build out the AmAPAC marketing team— hiring key talent and standing up in-region capability
    • Coach, mentor, and develop a collaborative, high-performing team
    • Create an environment of accountability, trust, continuous learning, and shared success
  • Budget, Performance & ROMI
    • Manage the regional marketing budget and P&L, maximizing return on investment
    • In partnership with digital/analytics team, report regional KPIs across pipeline influence, conversion, and revenue contribution

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or Post Graduate Degree preferred.
  • 12-15+ years of B2B marketing experience in a Fortune 500 company; Logistics,3PL industry or related industry preferred.
  • Leadership experience in large, global, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven track record in demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue growth.
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing senior-level commercial leaders.
  • Background in regional marketing across diverse markets.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing tools (Salesforce.com, Marketing Automation, ABM, Project Management) a strong plus.
