Guardian Corporate

Guardian Dentistry Partners is looking for a creative, highly organized, and hands-on Social Media Coordinator to elevate social media across our growing network of dental practices.

At Guardian Dentistry Partners, we support a network of 200+ thriving practices across 15.5 states (shoutout, D.C.!). We’re also proud to have been named in the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies for the fourth consecutive year, ranking No. 2,915 overall and No. 14 among dental companies nationwide.

Our culture is rooted in integrity, collaboration, and purpose, and we believe our success comes from the strength of our partnerships and the people behind them. We bring together passionate, purpose-driven dental entrepreneurs who share a commitment to exceptional care while celebrating the unique qualities that make each partner and practice special.

This role will be dedicated specifically to social media, with a focus on creating engaging, authentic content that brings our individual practices, teams, doctors, and Guardian Dentistry Partners brand to life.

This is not simply a content-scheduling position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable behind the camera, editing Reels and TikToks, identifying trends, coaching local teams, and developing content strategies that can scale across a large organization.

The Social Media Coordinator will manage our social presence while also helping our practices become stronger content creators themselves through training, resources, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Strategy

  • Develop and execute social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Create engaging short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks
  • Film, edit, and publish content featuring doctors, team members, patients when appropriate, office culture, education, technology, recruiting, and brand personality
  • Identify relevant social trends and translate them into content appropriate for dental practices and the GDP brand
  • Write engaging captions and social copy while maintaining individual practice brand voices
  • Build content strategies that balance scalable national content with authentic, office-specific content
  • Maintain social content calendars and ensure consistent posting across participating practices
  • Monitor performance and use social analytics to continually improve content

Practice Support & Training

  • Lead monthly virtual social media trainings and check-ins with participating practices
  • Teach office teams how to capture better photos and videos and create engaging social content
  • Develop simple content guides, prompts, shot lists, and best practices that make it easy for offices to participate
  • Serve as the primary social media resource for practice teams
  • Identify offices and team members who are strong content creators and help turn their ideas into scalable examples for the broader organization

On-Site Content Creation

  • Travel to each of GDP's eight regions approximately once per year to capture original content
  • Plan content shoots in advance to maximize the amount of usable content captured during each visit
  • Capture a mix of practice-specific and evergreen content, including educational videos, technology, team culture, recruiting, doctor features, trends, and personality-driven content
  • Organize and maintain a content library that can be repurposed across practices and platforms

Social Media Infrastructure

  • Support the continued rollout and management of social accounts across GDP practices
  • Ensure appropriate access, backup accounts, permissions, and account organization are maintained
  • Help establish scalable processes as GDP continues to grow beyond 160 locations
  • Partner with the broader marketing team to ensure social supports quarterly campaigns, brand initiatives, recruiting efforts, and practice-level priorities

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Strong experience creating and editing short-form video content
  • Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar editing platforms
  • Comfortable filming content using both smartphones and professional/basic camera equipment
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reels, trends, algorithms, and platform best practices
  • Ability to take a broad strategy and translate it into creative, engaging content
  • Comfortable coaching and training people who may have little social media experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage content across a large number of brands and locations without sacrificing quality
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of social strategy and execution
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel approximately 8 regional trips per year

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role goes beyond simply increasing the number of posts published. This person will help GDP transition from primarily templated social media to a model where our practices have stronger local personalities, more original content, and teams that feel confident participating in social media.

Over time, we expect this role to drive:

  • More original and office-specific content
  • Increased use of short-form video
  • Stronger engagement across practice accounts
  • Greater participation from doctors and office teams
  • More consistent social presence across participating practices
  • A scalable content creation system that can support 200+ practices and continued growth

What's Waiting For You:

  • Competitive health, dental, vision, long-term and short-term disability, and life insurance plans
  • $65,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Participation in a 401 (k) plan with company match
  • Remote workforce model & flexible schedule
  • The opportunity to engage in a values-based organization where all 2000+ (and growing) team members strive to exemplify our core values every day
