As a Marketing Representative, you will provide high-level administrative support while assisting with the planning, implementation, and execution of the company's sales and marketing initiatives. This role serves as a key resource in supporting executive leadership, coordinating communications and projects, and contributing to marketing and sales-related activities.


In this role you will:

  • Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, travel coordination, and record management.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives through event coordination, promotional materials, market research, and reporting.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidential information and supporting strategic projects.

What you bring to the table:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in administrative support, sales support, marketing, or a related business function.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business applications.
  • Four-year degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field, preferred.
  • Executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business operations.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Shift and Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Compensation Details: The expected rate of pay for this position is $28.00 per hour - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience.
