About The Role

Grace Hill is building a new Account Management function, and we're looking for an Enterprise Director to lead the change. This is a builder's role: there is a thin existing playbook, team structure, or operating cadence to inherit; you'll partner with the VP of Sales to refine it. You'll own retention and drive expansion across our customer base, with a particular focus on our largest Enterprise accounts, and you'll be the executive-level relationship owner who ensures our most strategic customers see continued value from the Grace Hill suite.

This is a highly operational, front line hands-on leadership role. You'll spend time in the business in the data, in customer conversations, in the details of deal structure. You will have an opportunity to influence how Account Management functions at Grace HIll.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with VP Sales to Build the Account Management function: define the team's charter, structure, playbooks, and operating cadence, and stand up the metrics and processes needed to run it well.
  • Own retention and renewal for our customer base, with an emphasis on our largest Enterprise accounts, and drive expansion through cross-sell and upsell in partnership with Sales.
  • Lead a strong push toward multiyear contracts, building the pricing, packaging, and negotiation approach that makes multiyear the default conversation, not the exception.
  • Act as a senior, credible executive presence with customers. Be the presence that C-level and VP-level stakeholders trust in a room, especially at our top accounts.
  • Bring an AI-forward point of view to the role: know how AI is changing the multifamily and SaaS, and use AI to make your team more effective (forecasting, account planning, customer insights, workflow efficiency).
  • Recruit, hire, and develop an Account Management team as it scales, setting a high bar for both relationship management and operational rigor.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success/Support to ensure a seamless customer experience from close through renewal and expansion.
  • Bring structure and discipline to forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and account health reporting for the renewal and expansion book of business.
  • Lead through change: as a new function inside an evolving go-to-market motion, you'll need to bring the team and cross-functional partners along as processes are defined and refined in real time.
  • Galvanizing leader - this is a new function for Grace Hill and it will be critical for the leader to build culture, belief, and enthusiasm for the segment in the team and cross-functionally.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in an Account Management leadership role.
  • Proven front-line sales or account management leadership experience, with a track record of building or significantly scaling a team or function.
  • Bonus: second-line leadership experience (managing managers).
  • Demonstrated builder mentality: genuine enthusiasm for creating something new rather than optimizing an existing machine, with the change management skills to bring others along.
  • Experience owning retention, renewal, and expansion motions for Enterprise-level customers, ideally with multiyear contract structures.
  • Highly operational: comfortable in the details of forecasting, account planning, and deal mechanics, not just setting strategy from a distance.
  • High executive presence, with experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders at customer organizations.
  • An AI-forward point of view: genuine curiosity and fluency in how AI is reshaping account management, customer engagement, and the broader proptech landscape.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, with experience working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Solutions Engineering.

Preferred

  • Multifamily or Proptech industry experience.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: $230K--$275K OTE
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Remote work option
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture
