Role PurposeThe Training Content Analyst Jr. is responsible for supporting the development of engaging and effective learning content that meets client and business needs. Working closely with the Instructional Designer and the Learning team, this role helps transform technical and business knowledge into clear, learner-friendly educational materials that promote knowledge retention and training effectiveness. Key Accountabilities:
- Develop educational content and learning materials aligned with instructional design guidelines and client requirements.
- Gather and analyze information from subject matter experts and project teams to understand training needs and learning objectives.
- Create quizzes, knowledge checks, practical exercises, and supporting resources that reinforce learning outcomes.
- Review, update, and maintain training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers and team members to ensure quality and alignment across learning projects.
- Participate in planning sessions, brainstorming meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collect and analyze feedback to support the evaluation and enhancement of training programs.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives and may support internal committees or training activities when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, Languages, Communications, Journalism, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in a related discipline is a plus.
- Previous experience developing educational or training content.
- Experience gathering information and creating technical or specialized content is desirable.
- Exposure to learning projects within technology or IT environments is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize complex information into clear and engaging learning content.
- Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or content authoring tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is considered an advantage.
