What you bring

We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to help build and maintain the technical backbone of GoTu’s marketing function. This role will support AI-powered workflows across demand generation, content, lifecycle marketing, and analytics.
This is not simply a “prompt engineering” role. The ideal candidate will get hands-on building and maintaining real workflows, automations, and integrations, and you'll be accountable for keeping them running well. . You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, data, product, and AI to create scalable infrastructure that helps GoTu’s marketing team operate more efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve GoTu’s internal AI teammate infrastructure, including routing logic, prompt maintenance, system optimization, and performance monitoring
- Build and optimize marketing automation workflows in HubSpot, including sequences, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, lists, and cross-channel triggers for both dental offices and dental professionals
- Develop AI-powered content operations pipelines spanning brief generation, SEO/AEO workflows, drafting, quality assurance, and publishing automation
- Own key components of the marketing data stack, maintaining clean attribution, UTM governance, funnel visibility, and pipeline reporting across platforms such as HubSpot, Snowflake, Hex, and Tableau
- Collaborate with demand generation partners on channel infrastructure across LinkedIn, Meta, Bing, job boards, direct mail, and other acquisition channels
- Build and maintain AI-native marketing systems and engagement tools, including conversational AI and automated onboarding experiences
- Support scraper pipelines, data enrichment processes, and licensing data infrastructure that inform go-to-market targeting and ideal customer profile signal frameworks
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes through automation, integrations, and AI-powered workflows
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement scalable solutions rather than short-term fixes
- Document marketing systems and processes, maintain clear SOPs, and enable the broader marketing team to operate autonomously within the infrastructure you build
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, Product, and other teams to design and implement systems in an evolving, high-growth environment
Key Competencies
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, revenue operations, or a related field
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Hands-on experience as a HubSpot power user, including workflows, lists, sequences, automation, lifecycle management, and reporting
- Demonstrated experience building with AI tools, including LLM APIs, AI development platforms, or workflow automation tools such as Make, n8n, or Zapier
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of attribution modeling, funnel analysis, marketing performance, and pipeline reporting
- A systems-oriented mindset with the ability to identify root causes, design scalable solutions, and continuously improve existing processes
- Ability to work effectively across Marketing, Data, Product, and other functions without relying on a predefined playbook
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear specifications, SOPs, technical documentation, and stakeholder updates
- Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Comfort operating within ambiguity and taking ownership from initial concept through implementation and ongoing optimization
Experience with the following is a plus:
- Python or SQL for data, automation, and pipeline work
- Supabase, Snowflake, Hex, Tableau, or other modern data infrastructure and analytics platforms
- Marketplace, B2B2C, or two-sided platform business models
- AI agent frameworks and APIs, including LangChain, Claude API, OpenAI, or comparable technologies
- Healthcare, dental, staffing, or recruiting industries
- Web scraping, data enrichment, licensing data, or ICP signal frameworks
The ideal candidate thinks in systems. When something breaks, your first instinct is to understand why and solve the root cause, not simply patch the issue and move on. You’ve built AI workflows that move beyond experimentation into real-world use, and you’re comfortable taking an idea from a whiteboard diagram to a functional integration. You’re energized by ambiguity, enjoy co-creating the roadmap, and bring a high level of ownership and initiative as an individual contributor.
