Demonstrated leadership and project management ability
Strong business judgment, creativity, prioritization, and delegation skills

Director of Marketing:

We are seeking a creative and organized, director of marketing who will implement positive marketing initiatives for our growing company. Ideal candidate will be an effective collaborator and motivator who can lead a team of marketers to success. Director of marketing applicants must have extensive experience in sales and marketing, thrive in a fast-past environment and be able to delegate and track multiple ongoing projects and responsibilities simultaneously.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives
Educate marketing team on brand identity
Lead business development, advertising campaigns and pricing strategies
Find innovative ways to connect with target audiences
Oversee social media marketing platforms
Increase brand awareness and reach across multiple platforms
Direct analytical data gathering and marketing/consumer test strategies
Direct and oversee all design and advertising ventures
Create and adhere to marketing budgets
Train, and manage marketing team, including performance reviews
Present frequent progress reports to executives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
MBA preferred
5+ years extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising and brand management
Proficient using Microsoft Suite and various marketing software (Dynamics, Excel, CRM)
Proven dynamic leadership and project management skills
Strategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen
A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks

Salary fixed 100000 INR
Bonus 50000 INR range
