Knowledge of UX, interaction design, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, motion, and micro-interactions
Working ability with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, plus strong written and spoken English

As we continue to grow and deliver innovative technology solutions to our clients, we are looking for an experienced UI & Visual Designer to join our Dhaka team and help us build consistent, high-quality, and scalable digital experiences.

We are looking for a UI & Visual Designer with proven, hands-on experience building and scaling Design Systems, combined with strong visual design skills and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.

You will design, develop, and maintain our Design System, including reusable components, visual patterns, interaction patterns, and documentation. You will work closely with designers, engineers, and product teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and high-quality user experiences across products. The role requires strong attention to detail, a good understanding of user behavior, and the ability to design within practical technical constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain reusable UI components and visual patterns within the Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
Create high-quality interface designs, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and other digital assets using Figma or equivalent tools.
Develop visual styles for interfaces, illustrations, icons, animations, and other product assets.
Ability to design motion, animation, transitions, and micro-interactions.
Identify and solve UI/UX problems by understanding user needs, behavior, and product requirements.
Contribute to UI/UX strategies based on product and business goals.
Define and maintain Design System documentation, usage guidelines, naming conventions, and component standards.
Drive consistent adoption of the Design System across design and engineering teams.
Collaborate closely with engineers, applying working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to design within practical technical constraints.
Review implemented designs to ensure visual consistency, UI quality, responsiveness, and accessibility.
Identify opportunities to improve reusable design and frontend patterns.
Work with cross-functional teams to translate ideas and requirements into clear, practical design solutions.

3+ years of relevant professional experience in UI, Visual, or product design.
Must have prior professional experience working on a Design System.
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UI and visual design skills, with clear examples of Design System work.
Strong proficiency in Figma, including interface design, design tokens, component libraries, and Design System governance at scale.
Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and interaction design.
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, layout, and consistency.
Ability to design motion, animation, transitions, and micro-interactions.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS, and modern CSS practices.
Working knowledge of JavaScript, sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineers and understand implementation constraints.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual and UI inconsistencies.
Ability to understand user behavior and translate insights into improved design solutions.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
Interest or practical experience in applying AI to design workflows, such as AI-assisted component generation, documentation, or Design System operations.
Experience with GenAI and the ability to design meaningful user experiences around AI-powered products and features.
Experience working with international or distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with frontend JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.
Experience with CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less.
Experience working with UX researchers, product managers, and engineering teams.
Experience contributing to product visual identity or brand systems.
