  • Develop and execute market entry strategies for new customer segments, including Biotech, CDMOs, Distributors, Emerging Pharma Companies and other high-potential industries
  • New Customer Acquisition & Market Expansion
  • Generate and qualify new leads outside the scope of existing regional sales organizations
  • Distributor & Channel Development
  • Establish and manage a distributor network where direct sales coverage is not economically viable
  • Market Intelligence & Growth Opportunities
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities and emerging technologies
  • Strategic Customer Projects
  • Lead commercial activities for strategic customer opportunities from initial contact through qualification, industrialization and commercial launch

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Sales or in a comparable commercial role.
  • Proven track record in developing new business opportunities and opening new markets.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical packaging, glass packaging, medical device, pharma, biotech, CDMO or related industries preferred.
  • International business experience globally or at least within Europe.
