Job Description
Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve marketing goals and drive business growth. Lead Sales and Marketing client pre-sales and solutioning engagements to maximize client marketing operations performance and meet organizational objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with key clients and internal sales stakeholders. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform sales strategies and business decisions within the Marketing Domain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Consulting, Data, Technology, AI) to design a story of how our practice can grow revenue, optimize marketing processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the marketing experience. Monitor, track, and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights for performance improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in marketing operations, fostering innovation, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. As a part of marketing transformation think new innovative solutions using AI and Agentic technologies in the area of marketing and Advertising.
