What you'll do
- Sell memberships, negotiate with prospects, and follow up by phone to convert commercial opportunities
- Keep the CRM database qualified and current while handling member retention, unpaid accounts, and cancellations
- Create social media content, run community activity, and maintain the club website and mobile application
- Monitor online reputation and support day-to-day club operations, including member guidance
- Help move club projects forward alongside the manager and team

Développement commercial
Vente d’abonnements et négociation commerciale
Relance téléphonique des prospects
Qualification et gestion de la base de données CRM
Actions de fidélisation des adhérents
Gestion des impayés et des résiliations
