ESG, spécialiste de la formation depuis plus de 35 ans, recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, dans le domaine Bachelor Commerce Marketing – Tourisme et Développement Commercial, un.e Chargé d’Activité Vente Directe Tourisme et Communication en contrat d’alternance.
Missions :
Rattaché à l’équipe commerciale, vous serez chargé(e) de :
Assurer la billetterie et les réservations via le site Helloassociation
Accueillir et gérer les groupes
Animer les dégustations et visites guidées (formation en interne)
Développer la vente des prestations touristiques aux particuliers
Mettre en place un plan de communication et réaliser des visuels
Rédiger des articles adaptés à la cible
Animer le site internet, les réseaux sociaux et sponsoriser des posts
Fidéliser notre clientèle de particuliers
Profil :
Nous recherchons un profil titulaire d’un BAC+2 dans le domaine du commerce ou de la logistique.
Compétences :
Anglais bilingue, allemand est un plus
