We're looking for a Marketing Services Representative to serve as a trusted marketing advisor to our business units and help connect the people, ideas and resources that bring marketing initiatives to life. In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, identify opportunities and guide marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
As part of the Corporate Marketing & Branding department, you'll partner with highly specialized businesses and work alongside experts in areas such as digital marketing, creative services and communications. You'll gain broad exposure to the organization, contribute to a wide variety of marketing campaigns and help ensure business goals are translated into effective marketing solutions.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary marketing contact for assigned business units, building strong relationships and developing an understanding of their goals, challenges and opportunities.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, develop marketing strategies and recommend solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Lead marketing projects from intake through execution, coordinating timelines, resources, stakeholders and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Creative Services, Corporate Communications, Legal and other internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives across video, social media, email, media, web and print platforms.
- Track project progress and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and market insights to inform marketing planning and decision-making.
- Analyze marketing performance data to identify insights, measure effectiveness and recommend opportunities for optimization.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen collaboration and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Generally, 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, project leadership, account management or a related field
- Strong communication, relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with attention to detail and brand alignment
- Experience supporting integrated marketing initiatives across a variety of channels
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate work across diverse stakeholders and teams
- Familiarity with data-driven communication strategies and performance metrics
- Insurance or financial services experience a plus
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus
