About the Role
Hytech is seeking a highly driven SEO Lead to drive its SEO strategies on a global scale. This senior role involves leading the planning and execution of SEO initiatives, working closely with editorial, product, and outreach teams. The SEO Lead will set the vision, drive measurable results, mentor the team, and remain hands-on to deliver impact in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee global SEO strategies, ensuring alignment with global marketing and business goals.
- Define and track monthly SEO KPIs (clicks, CTR, average position, SOV, keyword rankings); translate complex reporting and analytics into actionable business insights.
- Identify opportunities, analyse gaps, and manage the creation of outreach domain lists to drive authority growth.
- Oversee AI-powered SEO initiatives, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and adherence to E-E-A-T standards.
- Conduct in-depth competitor, keyword, and market analyses across multiple regions to inform strategy and execution.
- Manage the global SEO team, share best practices, and build SEO capability across the team.
