What you'll do

Job Description:

1.Full-Cycle SEO Management:
-Execute SEO strategies across technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content optimisation to improve organic visibility, search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
-Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes covering crawlability, indexation, canonical tags, hreflang, XML sitemaps, schema markup, site structure, and Core Web Vitals.
-Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis across financial and trading topics, multiple markets, and languages; identify opportunities to optimise landing pages, product pages, platform pages, account types, and educational content.
-Plan and optimise multilingual SEO and content strategies based on local keyword research, search behaviour, and market trends rather than direct translation.
-Monitor SEO performance metrics using relevant analytics and SEO tools; prepare reports for internal reviews, track KPIs, and provide actionable business insights.
-Support accurate lead and traffic attribution across organic, paid, referral, and direct channels in collaboration with BI and relevant stakeholders.

2.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-Collaborate with development and regional marketing teams to implement technical SEO recommendations and incorporate local market insights and search behaviour into SEO strategies.
-Collaborate with BI and other relevant stakeholders on performance analysis, lead attribution, and data accuracy.
-Collaborate with Content and Editorial teams to optimise content and localisation, ensuring recommendations align with SEO objectives, local search behaviour, and applicable financial services regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
-Support the Global SEO Manager in project coordination, and cross-functional SEO initiatives.

3.Research, Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
-Conduct competitor analysis and monitor SEO, search engine, and industry trends to identify new opportunities, potential risks, user behaviour, and areas for improvement.
-Recommend and implement improvements to existing SEO strategies based on performance data, market trends, and business objectives.

Skills & Experience that WOW us:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field; professional certifications in SEO or digital analytics are advantageous.
-Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with proven experience managing full-cycle SEO projects; experience in technical SEO and at least one international or multilingual SEO project is preferred.
-Experience in financial services, fintech, iGaming, or other regulated and highly competitive industries is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
-Proficient in key SEO and analytics tools, including Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Semrush/Moz, and WordPress-based CMS; experience with Yoast or AIOSEO is a plus.
-Strong knowledge of keyword research, search intent analysis, on-page optimisation, internal linking, metadata optimisation, and content optimisation.
-Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate across regional teams.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret SEO and analytics data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
-Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
