This role will be a key commercial hire supporting regional advertiser growth and local partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Be based in the Middle East (Dubai) and lead local advertiser acquisition, partner development, and commercial relationship management.
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies, building a structured ecosystem of industry clients and partners.
- Prepare commercial proposals, bidding materials, and partnership models; drive deal execution and contract closure.
- Analyze commercialization performance through data tracking and client feedback, providing growth forecasts and optimization insights.
- Work closely with product, content, legal, and local operational teams to ensure smooth commercialization rollout in the region.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Commercial roles.
- Prior exposure to Middle East markets is a strong plus.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced, and growth-driven environment.
