Who this fits

From the employer
We are looking for an experienced, process-oriented leader who will take ownership of the creative team's pipeline operations. You will build, own, and update the entire operational framework – from intake of requests to prioritization and capacity planning, up to handing over finished outputs back to the stakeholders.
What can you expect?
Framework & process ownership: You will design, document, and own the end-to-end operational model of processing the creative pipeline – intake form, scoring and prioritization of requests, capacity model and standardized handoffs (brief, deadline, priority, …), and governance rituals (weekly planning, regular process updates, …).
Capacity & resource planning: In cooperation with the Traffic Manager, you will oversee capacity planning in the capacity tool, resolve priority conflicts between stakeholders, and evaluate and optimize team workload.
Tooling & automation: You will own and develop the use of project management tools, design automations, and appropriately implement AI to increase work efficiency.
Stakeholder management: You will be the main point of contact and "translator" between the Creative Director, creative team, PJM team, and stakeholders.
Continuous improvement: You will monitor performance metrics, track the entire process, and suggest its optimization and improvement.
What do we expect from you?
Experience with owning/setting up creative pipeline processes (production workflow, intake, prioritization) in an agency, in-house team, or shared service environment.
Ideally experience with traffic/resource management – setting up boards and capacity planning (Asana, capacity tools).
Experience with managing processes across multiple companies/stakeholders is an advantage (multi-brand or multi-entity environment).
Experience with project tools (Asana or similar tools) and the ability to design and document processes.
Previous experience in fintech/trading is an advantage, not a requirement.
Excellent knowledge of Czech and English in spoken and written form.
Strong process and systems thinking – ability to scale the operational model.
Ability to own the framework while flexibly adapting it to the real needs of stakeholders.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across creative, project management, and leadership.
Analytical thinking – ability to set up and track KPIs, evaluate capacity and team workload.
Leadership potential – willingness and ability to gradually take over the leadership of the traffic team.
What We Offer:
A key role with a real impact on how project and creative production management works.
The opportunity to build a process from scratch and grow into a leadership position.
Close cooperation with the Creative Director and management.
Space for own initiative and implementation of new tools and automations.
