This position is responsible for providing marketing support to the entire marketing team. This includes proposals, prequalification's, online marketing, marketing collateral, company store, event planning, career fair/trade show support or any other business and marketing tasks needed to support the marketing team. This position will be focused around a diverse learning experience with a strong balance of task and project work.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: A High School Diploma or GED

Education: Enrolled in an accredited institution in a Marketing or Business related field

Travel: none

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Involved in core functions of the marketing team such as social media, content management for marketing collateral, project management and marketing research and analytics.

  • Supports business development as needed through proposals and presentations.
  • Supports recruitment marketing trends through employer branding, public relations, social media, event branding, presentations and collateral development.
  • Provides back up to the marketing team.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
