About the Role

The role plays a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening the reputation, brand equity and stakeholder engagement efforts of Frasers Property Singapore across its retail, commercial, residential and mixed-use portfolio.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Communications & Branding, the role will lead the development and execution of integrated communications, branding and engagement strategies that support business objectives, enhance stakeholder trust and reinforce the company's positioning as a leading real estate owner, developer and placemaker.

As a strategic advisor to management and business stakeholders, the role will champion enterprise-wide branding initiatives, oversee high-impact communications programmes, drive visual storytelling through photography and videography, and ensure the consistent expression of the FPS brand across customer, employee and community touchpoints.

The role will also lead employee engagement and community investment initiatives, while partnering closely with business teams to develop compelling narratives, enhance brand experiences and elevate FPS' visibility among key audiences.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Manage the development and implementation of integrated communications and branding strategies to strengthen the positioning, reputation and visibility of Frasers Property Singapore across its retail, commercial, residential and corporate portfolios.
  • Develop and oversee compelling corporate, brand and thought leadership content across channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand storytelling.
  • Support issues and crisis communications planning and response, including the development of stakeholder communications, key messages and engagement strategies.
  • Manage employee communications and engagement initiatives that strengthen organisational culture, foster employee advocacy and reinforce the company's purpose and values. Engage key stakeholders including the People & Culture team to reinforce the company’s purpose and core value across Frasers Property Singapore.
  • Partner with business units to develop brand strategies and narratives, leveraging compelling visual and multimedia content to enhance brand affinity, reputation and commercial outcomes.
  • Manage community investment initiatives in Singapore through strategic partnerships, employee volunteerism, philanthropic programmes, sponsorships and thought leadership opportunities, strengthening social impact and corporate reputation.
  • Oversee external agencies, vendors and consultants to ensure the effective delivery of branding, communications and engagement programmes.

What you’ll bring

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • Preferably 10-15 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing communications and/or branding.
  • Proven track record in developing, building and managing brands at an enterprise level.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, brand governance and reputation management.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading integrated communications and branding campaigns across multiple stakeholder groups and platforms.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align branding and communications initiatives with organisational objectives.
  • Highly meticulous with a keen eye for detail, ensuring seamless execution, accurate reporting, and high-quality executive-level deliverables.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working closely with senior management, business leaders and external partners.
  • Strong leadership, project management and agency management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Experience in visual storytelling, content strategy and the management of photography, videography and multimedia productions.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, project management and agency management capabilities.
