Role brief
growthroles summary, based on the employer's posting.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain a territory pipeline, using referrals, venue visits, events and researched outbound to reach target accounts
- Lead deals from first contact through contract and the client’s first live event, selling to nightlife and hospitality operators
- Diagnose venue revenue across tickets, tables, bar and promoters, then shape tailored demos and business cases around those needs
- Negotiate pricing and terms, including payment and hardware arrangements, while choosing integrations when a POS replacement is not the right start
- Keep HubSpot current, forecast deals weekly, coordinate go-live handoffs and share US-market feedback with Product and Marketing
What you bring
- Three to six years carrying a quota in full-cycle B2B sales, in SaaS, payments, POS, hospitality tech, ticketing or a related setting
- A record of hitting or surpassing sales targets, with results you can explain using your numbers
- Fluent English and consultative selling skills, including structured qualification such as MEDDICC or a comparable approach
- You can discuss payment economics such as GMV, take rates and processing costs, or learn those concepts quickly
Who this fits
This suits a senior seller who can win new business with venue owners and other demanding decision-makers, both in person and remotely. Expect some evening and weekend work at venues or events, plus travel across your territory and to other US markets.
From the employer
Fourvenues is a tech platform born from within the entertainment industry, which gives it a first-hand understanding of what venues actually need to run their business.
The platform brings everything under one roof: online ticket sales, guest list management, VIP reservations, a fully integrated POS system for the bar and box office, real-time capacity tracking, and a built-in CRM to truly understand your audience.
What makes it stand out is how it connects all these touchpoints, from the moment someone buys a ticket to what they spend at the bar. That generates cross-referenced data that lets owners see which events perform best, which customer profiles spend the most, which promoters actually deliver, and where money is being left on the table.
To continue growing in the United States, we are looking for an Senior Account Executive eager to leave a mark on their professional career and join a company in full expansion. If you are driven by ambition, curiosity, ownership and a high-performance mindset to help take Fourvenues to the next level, we would love to meet you. You will own new business in your city end to end. You'll sell to the operators who define US nightlife: nightclubs, lounges, private members clubs, hospitality groups, promoters and festivals. You will work closely with Account Management, Onboarding, Marketing and our Product team in Spain. Build and own your pipeline

- Own full-cycle new business in your territory, from first conversation to signed contract and first event live.
- Open doors the way this industry works: warm introductions, venue visits, industry events, partner referrals and sharp, well-researched outbound.
- Build a territory plan around your top target accounts and keep it current.
- Run discovery with owners, GMs, marketing and finance leads. Map how money moves through the venue (tickets, tables, bar, promoters) and quantify what is being lost today.
- Deliver tailored demos and business cases on FV Pro (ticketing, guest lists, VIP tables, promoters and CRM), FV POS, FV Cashless, FV Access and FV Site.
- Sell the full stack. When replacing a client's existing POS isn't the right first step, position our integrations.
- Negotiate commercial terms (take rate, payment processing, hardware, multi-year agreements) that work for the client and protect our unit economics.
- Hand off to Onboarding and Account Management with complete context, and stay close through go-live and the first events.
- Keep HubSpot as the single source of truth: stages, next steps, potential ACV and close dates.
- Forecast weekly with accuracy and take part in pipeline reviews and deal inspections.
- Bring the voice of the US market back to Product and Marketing: objections, competitive moves, pricing signals and feature gaps.
- 3–6 years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B sales experience in SaaS, payments, POS, hospitality tech, ticketing or a similar environment.
- A track record of meeting or beating targets. We will ask you to walk us through your numbers.
- Consultative, value-based selling and structured qualification (MEDDICC or similar).
- Comfort with payments economics (GMV, take rate, processing costs), or the ability to learn it fast.
- Strong presence with demanding, time-poor decision-makers, in person and at the venue.
- Fluent English.
- Comfort with the rhythm of nightlife: occasional evenings and weekends at venues and events, plus travel within your territory and to other US markets.
- Experience at a ticketing, reservations, POS or payments company.
- An existing network in your city's nightlife, hospitality or live events scene.
- Closing multi-venue groups with several stakeholders (ops, marketing, finance, ownership).
- Hands-on HubSpot experience and smart use of AI tools for research and prospecting.
- Competitive salary aligned with market standards and experience.
- Uncapped commission.
- Final base salary depends on experience and skills, assessed consistently across candidates.
- Medical, dental and vision insurance.
- 401(k) with company match.
- 24 paid vacation days.
- Laptop and the tools you need to sell well.
- A clear career path as the US team scales: Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Team Lead or Strategic Accounts.
- Language classes and flexible benefits tailored to your needs.
- The chance to build a market: an early seat on the US team of a company in full international expansion.
- Annual off site + Fun Business Days attendance.
