The SaaS Key Account Representative will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing relationships with key clients who utilize our Software as a Service (SaaS) and print solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving product adoption, and maximizing revenue opportunities within your assigned key accounts. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, being extremely organized, technical knowledge of the SaaS product, and a strong focus on strategic customer success. The role of a SaaS Key Account Representative is crucial in ensuring the success and growth of key clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within the client organizations.

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and serve as their advocate within the company.

• Understand the clients' business goals and objectives to align our SaaS solutions with their needs.

• Monitor customer usage and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing guidance.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's SaaS products and services.

• Keep up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide clients with valuable insights.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding revenue within existing clients.

• Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, coordinating with the support and technical teams when necessary.

• Ensure client satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using CRM tools.

Qualifications:
