Integrated Commercial Marketing Manager
Location: Remote within the United States (Eastern or Central Time Zones required; Eastern Time Zone preferred)
The Integrated Commercial Marketing Manager develops and executes integrated marketing strategies that drive growth, increase customer engagement, and deliver measurable business results. This role translates business, product, and commercial objectives into coordinated marketing plans across digital and traditional channels, including web, email, social media, events, websites, and customer campaigns.
Partnering closely with Product Management, Commercial Leadership, and the FHS Centralized Marketing team, this position owns marketing strategy, campaign prioritization, messaging, customer journey development, and performance measurement. While campaign execution is managed through the centralized marketing team, this role ensures all activities are aligned to business priorities and work together to create a seamless customer experience.
The successful candidate will leverage data and customer insights to optimize marketing investments, measure ROI, and continuously improve performance. They will lead cross-functional initiatives that increase brand awareness,
Commercial Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop integrated marketing strategies and plans that drive growth, customer engagement, and revenue.
- Translate business, product, and commercial priorities into marketing campaigns, investments, and growth initiatives.

Brand, Demand Generation & Customer Experience
- Drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer retention through integrated marketing programs.
- Own customer messaging, website strategy, marketing content, and customer journey development.
- Support product launches and commercial initiatives with coordinated marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through digital, event, email, social, web, and customer marketing programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 6+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including substantial experience owning integrated marketing strategy, demand generation, and complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy, product roadmaps, and customer insights into measurable marketing plans.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, website strategy, social media, email marketing, events, webinars, customer communications, and funnel performance.
- Proven ability to communicate difficult concepts, influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority, and negotiate alignment on priorities and investments.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, planning, and project leadership skills, with the ability to identify innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, technology, SaaS, industrial, or regulated markets.
- Demonstrated success developing integrated marketing strategies and demand generation programs.
- Experience with digital marketing, website management, social media, email marketing, and events.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes.
- Ability to influence and lead across functions without direct authority.
