  • Prospect and engage dealership decision-makers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Learn dealership operations, industry trends, and business challenges across multiple departments.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business needs and identify potential solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to execute outbound campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and prospect interactions in HubSpot CRM.
  • Consistently work toward individual and team pipeline generation goals.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development programs.
  • Represent TARGIT professionally and build positive relationships with prospects and customers.
  • 1-5 years of professional sales, customer-facing, or dealership experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a strong work ethic.
  • A proactive, hands-on individual who takes ownership and follows through.
  • Coachable mindset with a desire to learn and develop professionally.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with business leaders.
