We are looking for a motivated Scheduling Intern to support the day-to-day activities of our team. This area is responsible for managing demand planning across our distributor network, ensuring system maintenance, and guaranteeing that our dealers are able to place orders on time. The team also plays a key role in ensuring that units arrive in Mexico, are legally imported, and are successfully commercialized.
As part of this role, you will support a team that works in weekly coordination with the US allocation team, contributing to a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability and problem-solving are essential.
- Support the day-to-day operational activities of the Scheduling area
- Assist in the demand planning process for our distributor network
- Help ensure system maintenance and data accuracy so dealers can place orders on time
- Support the coordination process to ensure units arrive in Mexico and comply with legal import requirements
- Collaborate in efforts to ensure successful commercialization of units
- Participate in weekly coordination with the US allocation team
- Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively propose solutions to day-to-day challenges
Education
- Active Student in Engineering degree (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical or related engineering fields)
Technical Skills
- Excel — advanced level (required)
- English — advanced level, written and spoken (required)
- Alteryx — preferred, not required
- Power BI — preferred, not required
- Programming knowledge (Python, SQL, or similar) — preferred, not required
