About the Role

Fora is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Advisor Acquisition to identify, test, and scale new advisor acquisition opportunities that drive long term business growth. This role is focused on finding the channels, strategies, and initiatives that bring in advisors who go on to book meaningful, repeat travel, rather than simply maximizing signups.

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Lead, you will own the full lifecycle of growth initiatives, from initial hypothesis through experimentation, measurement, and scaling. You will work closely with Data, Product, Creative, and Site and Conversion partners to develop repeatable frameworks for evaluating new opportunities, making evidence based decisions, and continuously improving acquisition performance.

Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, an experimentation mindset, and a passion for using AI as a core part of your day to day workflow to accelerate research, creative iteration, analysis, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end to end strategy, execution, and optimization of advisor acquisition initiatives across emerging marketing channels and cross functional growth opportunities.
  • Develop, launch, and evaluate structured zero to one experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, decision timelines, and predefined criteria for scaling, iterating, or ending initiatives.
  • Build repeatable testing frameworks that enable the team to evaluate new acquisition opportunities consistently and efficiently.
  • Make channel investment decisions based on incrementality, downstream value, and return on ad spend targets, balancing experimentation with disciplined capital allocation.
  • Lead the operating cadence for acquisition performance, including daily pacing reviews, weekly scorecards and growth reviews, and monthly cohort analyses, initiative reviews, and channel deep dives.
  • Partner with the Data team to design measurement approaches that isolate incremental impact and develop robust lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, and cohort quality models.
  • Own the health and optimization of channel measurement signals, ensuring platforms optimize toward meaningful advisor value rather than low quality acquisition metrics.
  • Collaborate with Creative partners to develop, test, and iterate channel specific creative assets, leveraging AI enabled workflows to increase testing velocity and creative learning.
  • Drive landing page and offer experimentation by partnering with Creative and Site and Conversion teams while maintaining ownership of testing strategy, creative alignment, measurement, and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain AI powered automations and agents that streamline recurring workflows such as reporting, competitive research, creative analysis, and performance monitoring.
  • Communicate clear, actionable recommendations based on performance data, providing thoughtful analysis of results and a strong point of view on future investment decisions.
  • Champion an incrementality first approach across all acquisition initiatives by prioritizing rigorous experimental design over traditional attribution models.

Requirements

  • Experience owning growth or performance marketing channels and cross functional initiatives from strategy through execution and optimization.
  • Demonstrated success building structured experimentation frameworks that enable scalable decision making rather than isolated campaign testing.
  • Strong understanding of incrementality measurement, including holdout testing, geo experiments, matched market testing, or similar causal methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, return on investment, and downstream business performance as drivers of acquisition strategy.
  • Hands on experience building and deploying AI powered workflows, automations, or agents that improve operational efficiency and remain part of ongoing business processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex performance data into clear recommendations and business decisions.
  • Excellent cross functional collaboration skills with experience partnering closely across marketing, data, creative, product, and technical teams.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast moving environments where experimentation, rapid learning, and continuous iteration are essential.
  • A high degree of ownership, accountability, and bias toward action, with a demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles and drive outcomes independently.
  • A genuine curiosity for learning, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable business impact.

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience acquiring partners, affiliates, or marketplace participants in a two sided platform environment.
  • Experience scaling emerging acquisition channels from initial experimentation through sustained investment.
  • Experience working in high growth technology or consumer marketplace businesses.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate experimentation, research, reporting, creative development, and workflow automation.
