Experience with women aged 35 and over, trust-sensitive categories, or the US market is an advantage.

The job

We're looking for an ambitious, creative, and growth-driven Integrated Campaign Manager to join Flo's Brand team to lead our commercial push into Perimenopause — building category leadership and driving growth as we scale this segment against a competitive landscape.

This is an exciting opportunity to help drive Flo's growth into a major new category through culturally resonant, insight-led campaigns that establish us as the trusted leader in perimenopause. You'll play a key role in shaping how Flo competes and wins in this space — translating category strategy into tangible, high-performing commercial work.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • 4+ years' experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns for consumer brands or apps, from ideation through launch and performance review.
  • Experience launching or scaling a commercial product/category push in a competitive market, with a sharp read on cultural moments worth activating around.
  • Strong cross-functional experience (Creative, Product Marketing, Growth, Social Growth, PR & UA), confidently managing creative production, internal/external teams, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset — track record of measuring campaign performance and managing budgets for efficient, high-impact execution.
  • Strong understanding of women's health audiences, ideally with exposure to the perimenopause/menopause category and its competitive landscape

Nice to have:

  • Experience marketing to 35+ women or to life-stage-specific audiences (e.g.new parents, midlife consumers), either within or outside of health/wellness.
  • Background in categories with a high credibility or trust bar (e.g. healthtech, femtech, finance, insurance).
  • Experience in the US market specifically.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns that drive Flo's brand equity & commercial growth in the perimenopause category — from positioning and creative development through launch, asset production, and performance review.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Brand, PR/Comms, Creative, Product Marketing, Influencers, and Organic Social to ensure every campaign lands with consistency and reach.
  • Own the campaign calendar, prioritizing high-impact cultural and category moments (e.g. Menopause Awareness Month) and competitive timing.
  • Identify new channel and partnership opportunities to build reach and credibility in the category — e.g. brand partnerships, category-specific media, podcasts.
  • Manage campaign budgets and prove commercial impact, working closely with Analytics to track installs and revenue and prioritize investment in what drives measurable results.

How we work

We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.

You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.

What you'll get

We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:

  • Competitive salary and annual reviews
  • Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
  • Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
  • Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents
  • Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support
  • In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office
  • 5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary
  • Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks
