Join the 2027 FIS University Program!As a full-time employee in the FIS University Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success. This two-year full-time program begins 2027 with a series of AI-Enabled Learning Sprints designed to help you accelerate your impact from day one. Through this immersive experience, you will:- Learn how to leverage AI alongside human judgment to solve real business challenges and create value in your role.
- Explore the financial technology industry, gain insight into FIS's business, and understand how innovation is shaping the future of fintech.
- Engage directly with senior leaders and industry experts to learn about their career journeys, leadership philosophies, and perspectives on the future of work.
- Build practical AI-enabled tools, including a personal prompt library and role-specific use cases that you can immediately apply in your daily work.
- Uses various prospecting technologies to find out contact information of prospects
- Leverages social media to create compelling messaging and build relationships
- Qualifies leads by asking open ended questions and engaging in active listening
- Executing and evaluating prospecting in outreach for optimization
- Appointment setting and liaising with prospects and sales executives
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study included but not limited to Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Economics, Communications, Management, International Business, Entrepreneurship, Digital Marketing, Commerce
- Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
