Meet the Team

Growth is the team managing the engine responsible for driving the Fever growth ambition across all markets. Our goal is to ensure our partners thrive by leveraging Fever’s world-leading data, marketing, and product technology.

We aim to fully understand the Fever business and work collaboratively with other teams to achieve the growth ambitions of Fever and our partners.

The Role

As a Growth Strategy Manager, you will be a key architect of Fever’s expansion across India. You won't just execute projects; you will own the growth roadmap, defining how we build our business model and partner portfolio. Working at the intersection of data, marketing, and business development, you will lead key projects and partners that drive our success in India.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for:

  • Market Growth and Leadership: Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners. While driving projects with key impact on product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
  • Strategic leadership: Act as a lead advisor to our top-tier strategic partners. Leverage Fever’s proprietary data and technology to help our partners succeed and grow.
  • Strategic Impact: Move beyond analysis to implementation. Lead projects that turn complex data into actionable business cases, and take full accountability for moving key business metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows. You will ensure that as we scale, our operations remain lean, efficient, and capable of supporting rapid growth across diverse markets.
  • Global Stakeholder Management: Work closely with key regional stakeholders (i.e. Country and Regional General Managers) across our key India markets to help them build business cases for local marketing and technology needs within Fevers global product and marketing capabilities.

Who You Are

  • Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in an analytical business role with experience in strategy consulting, fast growing startups, or investment banking, a plus, including a proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable business growth.
  • Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to leverage data, make strategic business decisions, and craft convincing narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders across different cultures and disciplines.
  • Mindset: Proactive problem-solver who can handle ambiguity and make high-stakes decisions. Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Hindi is an advantage for navigating regional stakeholders and partners.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
