About the Role:

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for our next Brand Manager Affiliated Companies & Innovation Projects to join our Travel market team.

Main Responsibilities:

You will develop brand strategies aligned with group guidelines and adapt them to the travel market, ensuring strong positioning and relevance. You will support senior brand management through market and competitive analysis, contributing to effective go-to-market strategies for new brands and launches.

Your role will involve the development and execution of key marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on translating new brands into the travel retail channel to ensure compelling and relevant positioning. Additionally, you'll oversee the creation of dedicated packs and assortments, drive impactful in-store activations and visibility, and execute engaging media campaigns. Your ability to prepare compelling client presentations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to successfully bring these initiatives to life.

You will continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities, leveraging data and insights to refine strategies and support decision-making, contributing to the brand’s ongoing growth and success.

About You:

For this role, having 2-4 years of marketing experience would be advantageous, particularly if you hold a degree in Marketing. It's beneficial to have expertise in FMCG, Brand Marketing, and experience in the travel marketing landscape. Understanding diverse markets and cultures is also highly valued in this position.

In terms of IT skills, being proficient in Excel and PowerPoint is important. While not mandatory, a background in SAP Architecture could be advantageous.

We expect you to possess strong communication, influencing, analytical, and financial skills. Being result-oriented is important, along with proficiency in project management and teamwork, especially when working under tight deadlines and in high-pressure situations.

The role may involve limited business travel, estimated at 2–3 trips per year.
