Who we are looking for:

First Eagle is seeking a US Wealth Solutions (USWS) Marketing Specialist focused on the retail advisor channel to join the New York Marketing team. This role is integral to the business development efforts and will work closely with sales, product, compliance, and other teams across the firm.


What you will do:

  • Take the lead in executing day-to-day USWS marketing activities across print, web, social, events

  • Work with investment teams and oversee production of capital markets and educational videos

  • Manage direct client servicing and prospecting communications

  • Lead the marketing efforts for client events and webcasts inclusive of invitations, prep meetings, presentations, day-of event execution, follow-ups

  • Develop new content and amplify promotional efforts of First Eagle Academy, our practice management and investment education offering

  • Take ownership of smaller projects and drive tasks in support of larger initiatives

  • Help create more overall capacity for the team to meet the growing demand from our distribution partners and to allow for more in-depth content and sales support focus among senior members of the team

The qualities you should have:

  • 2 - 6 years of relevant marketing experience with registered mutual funds, preferably with an asset management firm

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, or related field

  • Excellent communication and writing skills including proofreading and editing

  • Proven ability to manage heavy workload and prioritize time efficiently when faced with multiple projects

  • Highly detail-oriented and proven analytic and problem-solving abilities

  • Collaborative mentality with proven experience working with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong customer service orientation

Base Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to – the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
