Job Summary
The Growth Marketing team drives customer and business growth in Malaysia through integrated media, performance marketing, audience strategy and commercial partnerships. The team combines offline and digital channels to deliver effective, measurable campaigns that support business objectives.
We are looking for an Integrated Media Planner to provide interim support for the Malaysia market while we recruit for a permanent replacement. The role will work closely with senior media stakeholders, agencies and country teams to plan and deliver integrated campaigns across Malaysia’s out-of-home and digital media landscape.
Responsibilities
Develop integrated media plans for Malaysia, combining out-of-home, self-serve digital platforms and third-party open-exchange partners.
Translate business and campaign objectives into effective audience, channel, budget, flighting and measurement strategies.
Coordinate campaign delivery with agencies, media partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and strong media quality.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve reach, efficiency and business outcomes.
Eligibility Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in integrated media planning, media strategy or performance marketing, preferably within Malaysia.
Strong knowledge of the Malaysian out-of-home media landscape, including key formats, media owners, buying practices, audience considerations and market dynamics.
Experience planning digital campaigns across self-serve platforms and third-party open-exchange digital partners is an added bonus.
Strong understanding of media planning fundamentals, including audience strategy, channel selection, budget allocation, campaign measurement and optimisation.
Experience working with media agencies, publishers and multiple internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
Desirable Experience
Hands-on campaign execution experience using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
Experience working with programmatic buying platforms, ad exchanges, demand-side platforms or other third-party digital partners.
Experience planning and activating integrated out-of-home and digital campaigns for a consumer, ecommerce, technology or platform business.
Familiarity with full-funnel media planning, attribution, incrementality testing or marketing effectiveness measurement.
Experience working across multiple brands, business lines or markets.
