  • Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for Scrum teams.
  • Own and continuously manage the product backlog, ensuring work is appropriately prioritized based on business value, dependencies, risks, and operational needs.
  • Partner closely with Scrum Masters, developers, architects, and other technology resources to ensure prioritized work is ready for and consumed within the appropriate sprints.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with QA resources to develop and execute testing strategies and confirm that delivered functionality meets defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, including test preparation, execution, issue resolution, and business sign-off.
  • Provide support for production incidents and defects, helping assess business impact, establish priorities, coordinate resolution, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and potential impacts across teams and proactively drive issues to resolution.
  • Develop clear, professional presentation decks and supporting documentation to communicate new functionality, enhancements, process changes, results, and key decisions to business partners and leadership.
  • Use data and analytics to tell a compelling story, identify trends, evaluate outcomes, and support recommendations and prioritization decisions.
  • Maintain strong communication across business and technical teams throughout the product delivery lifecycle.

  • Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating QA testing and business UAT.
  • Ability to effectively partner with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into a clear business narrative.
  • Ability to create concise, executive-ready presentations and communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
