What you'll do
- Shape the group story for Banglalink and its ventures, including VEON’s investment narrative
- Set communication and brand structures across Banglalink, Muktopay, Nova, ICT Company, TechVan and Starlink
- Guide policy, regulatory and investment messaging with Regulatory and Corporate Affairs
- Establish disclosure rules and spokesperson oversight for Muktopay and Nova, then lead portfolio crisis response
- Build leaders’ public profiles and oversee transformation messaging, media, digital reputation, measurement, agencies and the team
What you bring
- At least fifteen years in corporate communications, public affairs or media, including five leading the function
- A bachelor’s degree from a UGC-approved or international university; a relevant master’s degree is preferred
- Strong Bangla and English communication, with experience advising executives and engaging government and regulators

Own the group strategic narrative for Banglalink and its ventures, including VEON's USD 1 bn investment story
Set and govern brand and communication architecture across Banglalink, Muktopay, Nova, ICT Company, TechVan and the Starlink partnership
Lead policy, regulatory and investment communication with Regulatory and Corporate Affairs
Build financial-services-grade disclosure and spokesperson governance for Muktopay and Nova
Lead portfolio-wide issues and crisis management
Position the CEO, venture leaders and VEON leadership as national digital-economy voices
Drive transformation communication
Lead media, digital reputation, measurement, the agency roster and the communication team
Academic Qualification
Bachelor's degree from a reputed UGC-approved or international university; Master's in Communications, Journalism, Business or Public Policy preferred
Job Experience Required
15+ years in corporate communication, public affairs or media, including 5+ years heading the function in a large, multi-business or regulated organization; banking, fintech or telecom exposure strongly preferred
