Key Responsibilities:

Serves as a support resource on projects and work assignments; developing basic knowledge of effective project management and general business understanding. Assists in identifying, tracking, and working with others to resolve project issues while developing skills to do this independently. POSITION: DC Projects business Commissioning Engineer

Role responsibilities:

Oversee enclosure packaging activities to ensure completion as per production schedule, quality standards, and performance requirements.
Manage enclosure assembly, integration, and testing in accordance with customer-approved procedures and test scripts.
Prepare and coordinate manufacturing schedules with suppliers for all open orders to meet committed delivery timelines.
Conduct weekly review meetings with packagers to monitor material availability, production progress, and resolve any issues impacting delivery schedules.
Coordinate with the Quality Control team to ensure all bought-out and manufactured materials comply with customer-approved technical submittals.
Perform End-of-Line (EOL) inspections of enclosure packages prior to testing.
Execute testing of enclosed generator packages as per approved test scripts, prepare test reports, close all observations, and upload reports to the customer portal for review and approval.
Ensure proper packing of all loose materials with detailed packing slips, maintaining 100% compliance with project scope and customer requirements.
Maintain in-process and final product quality records, including unit-wise documentation and repository management.
Drive zero-defect manufacturing by ensuring adherence to quality standards at the supplier facility.
Verify appropriate packaging methods to prevent transit damage during shipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing, quality, and performance objectives while meeting customer expectations.
