Erweiterung und Rollout der SAP-basierten Solution ‚Customer Ticketing‘ in der Sales- und Service Cloud V2 zur effizienten Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen
Customizing und 3rd-Level-Support für die verantworteten SAP-Lösungen
Durchführung des Anforderungsmanagements, Konzeption von IT-Lösungen und Sicherstellung einer vollständigen Dokumentation der Implementierungen
Mitarbeit bei Integration, Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung der nachfolgenden Serviceprozesse zur Abwicklung des operativen Kundenservices
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Fachbereichen, Process Ownern, angrenzenden Solutions sowie Architekten und Entwicklungsteams

Ihre Qualifikation

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Betreuung der SAP Sales & Service Cloud (Version 1 und/oder Version 2)
Ausgeprägtes Verständnis technischer Zusammenhänge, insbesondere moderner Cloud- und Servicearchitekturen
Kenntnisse in SAP CPI, SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA oder SAP FSM von Vorteil
Analytische, kommunikative und koordinierende Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
