Salary: Up to £50,000 dependent upon experience plus an indicative bonus range of 16% to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

The role
Do you enjoy turning complex regulatory and financial information into clear, customer-focused communications?

You will lead the delivery of one-off mandatory customer communications across regulatory change, strategic projects and business as usual activity. Working across multiple brands, you'll help ensure customers receive communications that are clear, compliant and support good outcomes.

You'll work with a wide range of stakeholders, including subject matter experts and outsourced service providers, to deliver high-quality communications while maintaining momentum across competing priorities. Along the way, you'll champion best practice, drive continuous improvement and help shape how mandatory communications are delivered across the business.
