Salary: Up to £50,000 dependent upon experience plus an indicative bonus range of 16% to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

The role
You will be responsible for the operation of outsourced service provider oversight for Product Communications and Reporting. This will include preparation for and operation of regular oversight meetings, supporting the management of open actions through to closure and working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to maintain momentum and accountability.
You’ll play a key role in developing the communications oversight approach across Product Communications and Reporting, helping to ensure oversight activity is structured, effective and aligned to business objectives.
You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, securing engagement and buy-in for oversight activities while developing an understanding of the different service models in place across communications activity.
This is a great opportunity to shape and influence how oversight objectives are achieved; expanding and evolving a newly established approach to support high-quality, customer-focused communications.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience working within financial services or a similar regulated environment
  • Excellent planning, prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships, with both internal and external stakeholders, to drive work forward to achieve department objectives
  • Excellent communications skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate information, ideas and plans through a range of channels including written and oral
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to assimilate complex information in a clear, understandable and persuasive way based on sound analysis and judgement
