What you'll do

Support affiliate relationships and keep partners informed as the network grows
Guide new affiliates through onboarding and integration into the program
Track traffic, conversions, and ROI, then use findings to improve campaigns
Find and recruit affiliates and business partners to expand the network
Build conversion-focused funnels with internal teams and resolve partner issues

What you bring

At least five years managing affiliate marketing programs
Strong command of affiliate platforms, networks, reporting tools, Everflow, Looker Studio, and SEMrush
Advanced digital marketing knowledge across SEO, media buying, paid social, and other channels
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for analysis, reporting, and ROI decisions
Fluent English communication, ownership, adaptability, and a bias toward execution

Your Role

Reporting directly to our Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, Hugo, this is what you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported
Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program
Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI
Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement, optimize campaigns for better performance, and find any opportunities to scale
Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network
Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates
Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management

Your Qualifications

Hard Skills

5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and network
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies on diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials, etc.)
Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI
