- Fluent English and an understanding of brand P&L, consumer insights, launches, pricing and assortment management

About the Role
The Senior Brand Manager sits within the Brand & Marketing organization and owns the Libero brand agenda across the Nordics. You will act as the key link between local commercial teams and brand and marketing teams, ensuring strong alignment between regional priorities and brand direction.
You lead marketing activation across Nordic markets, working closely with Sales and Customer Marketing to drive growth, profitability, and market share development. You will also bring innovations successfully to market, manage the assortment priorities, and ensure that consumer and customer insights shape decisions.
This position can be based in Gothenburg, Allerød, Oslo, or Espoo and reports to the Marketing Manager based in Gothenburg.
This position requires travel, particularly across Nordic countries.
What You Will Do
- Brand Leadership: Own regional brand performance, market-share development, brand activation, assortment and pricing, in line with brand strategy.
- Annual Business & Target Planning: Develop and follow up on annual activation- and business plans based on agreed targets and KPI’s, in collaboration with local markets.
- Marketing Strategy Activation: Translate brand and product strategies into strong, consistent in‑market activation plans that drive commercial results.
- Commercial Partnership: Partner closely with Sales and Customer Marketing teams to align priorities, improve sales and marketing productivity, and deliver shared targets.
- Launch Delivery: Lead brand and innovation launches from planning and trade presentations through activation, tracking results and implementing corrective actions to achieve agreed business outcomes.
- Assortment Management: Manage and steer the assortment and pricing, including phase-in - phase-out and new business opportunities, in collaboration with relevant partners.
- Insight and commercial analysis: Capture consumer and customer insights and identify growth opportunities. Provide feedback to brand teams and contribute local-market insights to communication toolboxes, innovation plans and business cases. Ensuring brand and innovation plans deliver on growth targets and market needs.
Who You Are
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
- You bring solid experience in either marketing, marketing activation, customer marketing, and/or sales, with a strong commercial mindset and P&L understanding.
- Experience from FMCG is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working with Nielsen is a plus.
- You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- You understand brand profit and loss, consumer and customer insights, innovation launches, pricing and assortment management, and can translate strategy into measurable market execution.
- You are commercially minded and consumer focused, with the confidence to make decisions and influence across functions. You communicate clearly, build trusted partnerships, and balance strategic thinking with delivery.
- You are fluent in English. Fluency in one of the Nordic languages is considered an advantage.
