How you will contribute

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, identifying business opportunities and delivering tailored financial and banking solutions that support their strategic objectives.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers, becoming the primary point of contact and a valued business partner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, and growth plans to proactively anticipate their needs and provide value-added advice.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through networking, market intelligence, and client engagement activities.
  • Lead complex client negotiations and coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver seamless and efficient solutions.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, credit quality, and client profitability while ensuring sustainable business growth.
  • Drive revenue generation by expanding product penetration, cross-selling opportunities, and wallet share across the portfolio.
  • Prepare, review, and oversee the documentation related to financing structures, banking products, and client onboarding processes.
  • Contribute to market insights and business development initiatives, sharing expertise and best practices across the team.
