As a Team Lead, Account Manager at Equativ, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class service to our clients while ensuring seamless execution of campaigns. Sitting at the intersection of client relationships, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Ad Operations to maximize client satisfaction and business growth. This is an opportunity to work hands-on at the front lines of digital advertising, supporting both direct and programmatic campaigns for some of the industry’s most innovative partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones and coaching sessions to support career development and team success.
- Conduct a weekly AM meeting to discuss wins, challenges, process improvements,
- Oversee workload distribution, resource planning, and prioritization to ensure consistent service levels across the team.
- Champion operational excellence by identifying process improvements, documenting best practices, and driving adoption across the organization.
- Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for your book of business, building long-term partnerships rooted in trust, transparency, and performance.
- Represent Equativ in client-facing activities, including campaign updates, business reviews, and occasional client entertainment.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of direct and programmatic campaigns, ensuring deadlines, budgets, materials, and performance metrics are met.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the Ad Ops/Traffic teams to resolve issues and maintain seamless communication.
- Analyze account performance and client feedback to identify optimization opportunities and strategic recommendations.
- Track and report on key team KPIs, including client satisfaction, campaign delivery, retention, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to quarterly business planning, forecasting, and revenue growth initiatives alongside Sales leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance scalability, client outcomes, and team productivity.

Who You Are:
- 5+ years in account management or client services in digital advertising, ad tech, or media, including experience managing or mentoring a team.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communicator who builds trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
- Deep understanding of direct and programmatic advertising, campaign execution, and account management best practices.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker who balances client advocacy with operational excellence and business objectives.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and driving change.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce, DV360, SSPs/DSPs, or publisher monetization platforms.
- Existing relationships with media agencies and/or direct advertisers in Mexico or LATAM.
- Portuguese language skills (a plus for accounts spanning Brazil).
- Familiarity with the CTV/streaming advertising landscape in Latin America.
