Job Summary


The Technical SEO Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the technical health of Epiq's websites. This role requires hands-on experience with Kentico CMS (or other relevant website management platform) technical SEO best practices, website troubleshooting, and analytics reporting. The ideal candidate should be able to identify and resolve website issues, support SEO initiatives, and provide meaningful insights to leadership through website performance reporting.


Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues, including 404 errors, broken links, redirects, crawl errors, and indexing issues.
  • Implement and maintain schema markup, language (hreflang) tags, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt files.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor website health using Google Search Console and SEO tools.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Prepare monthly website and SEO performance reports to marketing leadership.
  • Translate analytics data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and update website content within the Kentico CMS or any relevant CMS platform.
  • Collaborate with web developers, content teams, and marketers to improve search visibility and user experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Technical SEO or Website Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Kentico CMS or HubSpot, or similar content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of Technical SEO, Schema markup, Hreflang/language tags, 404 error management, Redirects and indexing, XML sitemaps and robots.txt
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
  • Ability to analyze website performance data and create leadership-ready reports.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Certifications:

  • Kentico or other similar website management platform
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
  • Experience creating dashboards in Power BI or Looker Studio.
